NEWC offers many programs and services including:
* Addictions Continuing and Ongoing Recovery Program
* Short and long term individual counselling
* Various groups and workshops
* Drop-in area with free coffee, TV and information and referral services
* Drumming Group Buffalo Gals
* Housing Program
* Basic needs assistance and outreach
* Employment programs and clothing referrals through our social enterprise, the Up Shoppe

NEWC has strict service delivery policies and procedures to ensure that we always provide high quality services and programs to our participants.
It is very important for us to provide programs and services that meet the needs of our community, Every year we conduct a survey in the community to check what are the services most needed at the moment. We also constantly monitor the evaluation forms filled in by our participants to identify trends and needs. Later we plan our programs based on the results from the survey, the participant evaluation forms, and our observations. In short, we do whatever the community tells us to do and needs us to do.
