NEWC Board, April 2010

 

The Board directs the management of the business and affairs of the Centre including the finance, personnel, planning, policies, facilities, and public relations of NEWC.

Board Members

There are between 10 and 15 Board members at any time. At least two thirds of the members live and/or work in the Winnipeg’s North End. All Board members are volunteers and dedicate to the Centre between 5 and 20 hours of her time every month.

How to Become a Board Member

If you are interested in becoming a member of the NEWC Board, send us your resume. New Board members are elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in September but sometimes we look for new Board members in other months. Please send us your resume and indicate your interest in volunteering as a Board member at any time.
